Vibration reaches equipment through bolts, frames and piping, so the isolator must match the load, frequency and deflection. Natural rubber and SBR are the best value for general machinery, EPDM adds weather resistance, polyurethane takes abrasion, and silicone holds elasticity from -60°C to 200°C.
We vulcanize natural rubber, SBR and EPDM onto zinc-plated or stainless steel inserts so the mount bolts on without a bracket, and tune hardness, wall thickness and hollow or honeycomb sections to set the stiffness curve. Dynamic stiffness and fatigue life are tested in our own laboratory.
Typical uses are pumps, fans, compressors, HVAC units and cooling towers, air-cylinder end damping and elevator car buffers. Quotes are answered within 24 hours and samples take 7–12 working days.
