A German machinery builder's China line needed locally sourced gaskets, expansion bellows and industrial hose equal to their European spec.
Challenge
Thermal cycling caused flange leaks with cut-sheet gaskets, while imported metal bellows were costly with long lead times.
Solution
We molded seamless EPDM bellows compensating ±40% movement, supplied SAE/DIN-grade hose, and delivered first samples within 12 days — now running across 6 production lines.
