Rubber & Silicone Bellows
Molded bellows compensating axial, lateral and angular pipe movement - 1M+ cycle fatigue life.
Overview
Rubber bellows are molded convoluted elements that compensate axial extension/compression (plus/minus 20%-50% of nominal length), lateral deflection and angular movement in piping systems. Integral molding with no seams eliminates the stress-corrosion risk of welded metal bellows, while low elastic reaction force places minimal stress on pipe supports. Tested to over 1 million cycles of repeated extension/compression without rupture.
Key Features
- Large displacement compensation in axial, lateral and angular directions
- Low elastic reaction force even under high pressure
- Over 1 million fatigue cycles without rupture or leakage
